Site work for a water / sewer project in Lewes, Delaware. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Project Scope a. Mobilize, clear and grub, install erosion and sediment control measures, private property restoration, provide restoration related to the sanitary sewer main and sanitary sewer lateral CIPP lining, and the road restoration. This includes any matting and restoration the contractor deems necessary to access the manholes. b. Pre-installation cleaning and video inspection of 915 lineal feet of the Sanitary Sewer Main. c. Furnish and install 915 lineal feet of CIPP Liner for the 8" Sanitary Sewer Main, 52 vertical feet of Multi-Layer "Stress-Skin Panel" Liner System. d. Add Alternate work includes pre-installation cleaning and video inspection of 211 lineal feet of Sanitary Sewer Laterals. e. Add Alternate work includes furnishing and installing CIPP liner for the 8 Sanitary Sewer Laterals, eight (8) - 6-inch Lateral Cleanouts with Sanitary Sewer Cleanout Frames and Covers. f. The work consists of the furnishing of all labor, materials, transportation, tools, supplies, and equipment necessary to complete the project. All quantities and approximate. Liquidated Damages: $1,500 per day
