Site work for a water / sewer project in Anderson, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of December 17, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The project consists of, but is not necessarily limited to, construction of approximately 14,000 feet of 8- inch water main, associated water services, and incidental restoration near North Anderson, south of Cross Street. Water services will be full replacements from the main to 18 inches inside the home and include new meter pits. Also included in this project is a direction drill under Broadway Street. These items of work contain other miscellaneous items necessary and as specified to make this project complete. The City of Anderson reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the City of Anderson. The Owner reserves the right to hold any or all Bids for a period of not more than ninety (90) days after the date on which the Bids are opened and, for such ninety (90) day period, all such Bids shall be in full force and effect. Any Bid may be withdrawn prior to the scheduled closing time for the receipt of Bids but no Bidder shall withdraw a Bid within the ninety (90) days after the actual opening of the Bids.
