Statement of Need (Scope): Bids are being requested for construction for the construction of Phase I of the County's Broadband Project. Phase I includes fiber broadband construction to serve the Idaho communities of Bovill, Deary, Harvard, Helmer, Princeton, and Viola. Contractors must be licensed, bonded, and insured in Idaho and all work performed on this project will be subject to prevailing wage rates. Please be advised that Latah County, being a municipal corporation is exempt from Federal excise tax. The Board of Latah County Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids for good cause. Question Deadline 09/22/2025 at 12:00 PM PT: Every request for interpretation or clarification should be submitted in writing, To be given consideration the request must be received No Later Than Noon one week prior to the date fixed for the due date of the bids.
