Larry Reider 4th Floor Tenant Improvements The work to be performed consists of partial tenant improvement of 4th level of existing commercial office building. Demolition, framing, electrical, data, gypsum board, paint, doors/hardware, T-bar, cabinets, new sink, and flooring. No bid will be considered unless it is made on the bid form furnished by the Owner. The Owner has determined that the project is a prevailing wage project and that the general prevailing rate of per diem wages in the locality in which this work is to be performed for each craft or type of worker needed to execute this contract shall be paid. Each bidder must be licensed as required by law at the time the bid is submitted. The contractor license classification required for this project is General Contractor B. No Contractor or subcontractor shall be qualified to bid on, be listed in a bid proposal, or awarded a contract subject to the requirements of 4104 of the Public Contract Code, for a public works project unless currently registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) and qualified to perform public work pursuant to Labor Code 1725.5. All work must be completed within forty eight (48) consecutive calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed issued by the Owner. Time is of the essence. Bids that do not acknowledge receipt of all issued addenda may, in the sole discretion of the Owner, be rejected as non-responsive. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any minor irregularities or informalities in any bid or in the bidding process.
