**As of October 15th, 2025, the project was awarded to Iron Mountain Construction , with an awarded amount of $99,900.12.** The Town of Mountain City will be soliciting bids for the Sanitary Sewer Repairs: Force Main Relocation project in Mountain City, Tennessee. The project involves relocation of two force mains damaged by flooding caused by Hurricane Helene. The scope includes the installation of 640 LF of 2" HDPE pipe, 290 LF of 4" C900 DR18 pipe, and a valve vault adjacent to the Village Apartments. Any person with a disability requiring special accommodation must contact the Town of Mountain City no later than 7 days prior to the bid opening. Question Deadline 09/26/2025- All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than three days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
