Site work for a water / sewer project in Mountain City, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Contractors must comply with all Drug Free Requirements. The work in general consists of the construction of the following major items: 1. Approximately 4,000 linear feet of new 6-inch water line and appurtenances. 2. Service replacement along the water line route. 3. A new PRV valve with vault. Question Deadline 11/09/2025 All questions about the meanings or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid must accompany each Bid. No bid may be withdrawn within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of Bids. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities in the Bids, and to determine the lowest responsible Bidder. All Bidders must be licensed Contractors in the State of Tennessee as required by the Contractor's Licensing Act of 1976 (latest revision). Bidder's name, license number, expiration date and that part of classification which applies must be on the sealed envelope containing the executed Bid Proposal. Subcontractor's information, where applicable, must also be included on the sealed envelope. Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC subcontractors with an interest in the Bid must be listed on the envelope. If no electrical, plumbing, or HVAC subcontractors will be utilized, note these as "Not Applicable". Subcontractor's information, where applicable, must also be included on the sealed envelope.
