A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The Town of Weathersfield invites qualified bids for the installation riprap on approximately 120 LF on the bank of the North Branch Black River near the Weathersfield/Cavendish line. Any questions asked/answered will be sent to all bidders on the plan holders list no later than Wed September 17, 2025. Work must begin prior to Oct 1, and instream work must be completed by Oct 31. The Town reserves the right: I. To accept or reject any or all bids and to accept other than the lowest price proposal. II. To amend, modify, or withdraw this Request for Bids III. To require supplemental statements or information from proposers IV. To extend the deadline for responses to this Request for Bids V. To waive or correct any irregularities in bids received VI. To negotiate separately with a competing bidder.
