The City of San Jose's Environmental Services department is seeking firms (hereinafter "Consultant" or "vendors") to provide general engineering services for various projects at the San Jose-Santa Clara Regional Wastewater Facility formerly known as the San Jose Santa Clara Water Pollution Control Plant. The City of San Jose intends on selecting up to two (2) Consultants, with each agreement having a maximum not-to-exceed value of up to $2,500,000. The Consultant(s) will provide services to the City on an as-needed basis pursuant to individual service orders issued in accordance with Attachment B - City's Standard Terms and Conditions. The City is not obligated to issue any Service Orders under a Master Agreement. Consultants shall have relevant technical capabilities, a project approach, experience and qualifications that demonstrates their ability to provide the required services.
