Renovation of a municipal facility in San Jose, California. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of December 26, 2025, project is cancelled. Project will rebid but no specific date for rebid yet. The project requires removal and compliant disposal of the current UPS, and procurement and installation of one Toshiba 4400 UPS system along with Bids must be accompanied by a Bidders Bond in the amount of at least ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid, as further described in the General Provisions and Special Conditions. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, both in the amounts not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the awarded contract amount. a compatible wall-mounted Maintenance Bypass Panel (MBP). The contractor will complete all electrical integrations with existing infrastructure, perform comprehensive testing and commissioning, and provide on-site training for Valley Water staff on system operation and maintenance. Deliverables also include as-built drawings, technical manuals, and warranty documentation. The work must be carried out within the project schedule to minimize disruption of critical operations at Valley Waters Headquarters. Question Deadline 09/16/2025 at 2:00 PM PT Bidders must submit all ITB questions and requests for clarification in online. Valley Water reserves the right to postpone the bid opening for any reason.
