The Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for: the labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to create new ditching along 1245 feet of the Ann Lake Day Use Road located approximately 4 miles west of Zimmerman, MN. Reshaping, and gravel hauling/spreading over entire length of the road which is 2650 feet. Install erosion controls in 1245 feet of new ditching. Remove trees, stumps, and roots in areas of ditching. Install fence at beginning of the Day Use Road. Spot gravel on the Ann Lake Campground Road. The location of the project is: Ann Lake Day Use Road (SESE Section 16 T34N R27W), and Ann Lake Campground Road (NENE, SESE Section 21 T34N R27W and SWNW Section 22 T34N R27W), both located approximately 4 miles west of Zimmerman, MN Please be aware that there are attachments to this event. The vendor is responsible for reviewing all attachments and complying with all requirements to this Event. DNR will be the determining factor if vendor meets specifications. Unit price must include all costs such as labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, sales tax, use tax and all else necessary for completion of the project. Direct Pay Permit 1114 does not apply to this project. Award--Item, Group, Total: Responses that do not comply with the solicitation will be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected. The award will be made to the lowest responsible vendor meeting the specifications and all terms and conditions. Once you have completed and submitted your response, you will receive a system confirmation message that your response has been 'accepted'. Print and save the confirmation for your file.
