Site work for a mixed-use development in Glen Carbon, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
The scope of work for this project includes furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to construct pickleball, tennis, and basketball court facilities inSchon Park consisting of site grading, new post-tensioned concrete court slabs, court surfacing, court netting and goal systems, new court perimeter fencing and gates, concrete flatwork, stormwater control features, backfill and vegetation reestablishment, new site landscaping, and other incidental and collateral items necessary to complete the work asdescribed above in accordance with the plans, specifications and special provisions. This project is subject toa local Project Labor Agreement and Illinois statutory requirements including the Illinois Works Jobs Program Act, the Prevailing Wage Act, theSteel Products Procurement Act, the FY2010 Budget Implementation (Capital) Act, and the Business Enterprise Program.
