The Project Involves the Following Work: Demolition of Existing Buildings, Asbestos Abatement, and Disposal of Debris at a Location Permitted by the Pa Dep. Includes Disconnection of Existing Utility Services and Coordination With Affected Utility Companies. The City of Warren Redevelopment Authority Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, to Accept or Reject Any Item or Combination of Items Contained in Any Bid, to Waive Any Irregularities in Conjunction With Any Bid, and to Accept That Bid, or Part Thereof, Which is Deemed Most Advantageous to the City at the Time and Under the Conditions Stipulated. No Bid or Proposal Security May Be Withdrawn for a Period of Ninety (90) Days From Date of Bid Opening. Should Any Bidder to Whom Notice of Intent of Award Has Been Issued Fail to Satisfy Equal Employment Opportunity (Eeo) Requirements Hereof or Otherwise Be Unable to, or, Refuse to Properly Execute a Contract Within Ten (10) Days of Such Notice, Then the Proposal Security Shall Be Forfeited and Become the Property of City of Warren Redevelopment Authority. Bidders Are Advised That This Project May Be Subject to the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry Prevailing Wage Rate Determinations, if the Total Cost Exceeds the Applicable Threshold. Each Bid Proposal Must Be Accompanied by Proposal Security in the Form of a Certified Check, Bank Cashier's or Treasurer's Check, or Bid Bond in an Amount Equal to Ten Percent (10%) of the Total Bid Price With the City of Warren Redevelopment Authority Named as Payee or Obligee.
