This project seeks to rehabilitate portions of the roof at the Warren County Jail. Work consists mainly of demolition and disposal of the existing membrane roof system to include membrane, damaged insulation, flashing and roof penetration boots and the installation of a complete new Membrane Roof system. The new and complete Membrane Roof system is comprised generally of the following items: New 90 mil EPDM fully adhered roof membrane or alternate membrane system which carries a 30-year warranty; New roof insulation board to achieve R-30 min.; New roof cover board; New parapet coping; New end wall counter flashing; New penetration boots/flashing; New Walkway Pad access pathways; Roof drain replacements and upgrades; Replacement of any damaged wood nailers as necessary and supply and/or replacement of equipment base supports compatible with the membrane system.
