Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Blackshear, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a residential development; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The Construction includes the installation of approximately +- 3,571 LF of 8 PVC C900 water pipe along with approximately 2,800 linear feet of sewer trench cut, and all roadway and drainage improvement construction necessary for the completion of the neighborhood right of way infrastructure. This includes all appurtenances necessary to complete the job. All work on the Project must be completed within 240 consecutive calendar days of date of notice to proceed. No bid will be considered unless sealed and filed with the City of Blackshear prior to the time set forth above, and accompanied by a Bidder's Bond, payable to the City of Blackshear, Georgia, for 10 percent of the amount of the bid; to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid be accepted and the bidder fail to enter promptly into a written contract and furnish the required Payment Bond and Performance Bond and Insurance Certificates. Bids arriving after the designated time will be returned unopened. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the opening of bids. Blackshear reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to overlook and/or disregard informalities or irregularities in the proposals.
