Site work and addition to a playground / park / athletic field in Blackshear, Georgia. Completed plans call for the addition of a playground / park / athletic field.
Provide all materials and labor for installation of one 37 ft x 32 ft x 18 ft high shade canopy over the top of existing elevated aluminum bleachers at Pierce County High School's Softball Complex. Alternate designs will be considered at the owners discretion. Power is available at the worksite, and vehicles, including lift trucks, are easily accommodated if proper protection of pavement for heavy vehicles is supplied. Contractors are responsible for verifying all existing conditions, measurements, connections, and existing utility locations, as well as protecting the site using signage, barricades, and temporary fencing as needed. The contractor must leave the jobsite clean and safe upon completion. Bid submissions must include dimensioned drawings/sketches of the canopy and frame and lead times to install from issuance of a Purchase Order. Contractors must provide proof of insurance, comply with Worker's Compensation Laws, and provide E-Verify documentation. Bids should be labeled appropriately and submitted on the attached bid form by the specified deadline. The awarding of the bid will be made upon verification of all required bid documentation, and the Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and waive informalities or defects in submissions.
