The construction of 1.69 miles of asphalt resurfacing, including 1633 tons of 9.5mm Superpave, 841 tons of OGI leveling, 3.38 LM of high build striping on New School Road, and all appurtenances necessary for a complete job. All work on the Project must be completed within 180 consecutive calendar days of date of notice to proceed. No bid will be considered unless sealed and filed with Pierce County prior to the time set forth above, and accompanied by a Bidders Bond, payable to Pierce County for 10 percent of the amount of the bid; No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the opening of bids. Pierce County, reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to overlook and/or disregard informalities or irregularities in the proposals.
