Renovation of a parking garage in Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
The improvement includes the installation of two (2) new HVAC units and two (2) new exhaust fans, all in accordance with the contract documents including Plan File No. 671-146/150 located within the 3rd & Court Parking Garage, 210 Walnut Street, Des Moines, Iowa. Preletting Conference. None. Each bidder shall accompany its bid with bid security as defined in Section 26.8 of the Iowa Code and as specified by the Jurisdiction. This project shall be fully completed not later than May 1, 2026. Work on each improvement shall be commenced upon approval of the contract by the Council, and completed as stated below. The City of Des Moines (Jurisdiction) reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The City s Overall Annual DBE/TSB Goal for this project is 5.72%
