It is the bidder's sole responsibility to familiarize themselves with the Bonfire Online Bid Submission Platform and the online bid submission process and requirements. Project consists of rehabilitating an existing 8-inch gravity sewer main (approximately 325 feet in length) serving the Barnstable County Complex using Cured-In-Place-Pipe (CIPP) lining method. The contract should include all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the lining in accordance with project specifications. The project also includes design and implementation of an appropriately sized bypass pumping system to manage sanitary flow during construction. In addition to the base scope, the contractor shall include additive alternates for furnishing and installing water tight manhole frames and covers and apply cementitious lining to select manholes. Additional drawings showing details in accordance with which the Work is to be done may be furnished by addendum from time to time during the bidding period by the Owner or its Architect/Engineer and shall then become a part of the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, services, materials, equipment, plant, machinery, apparatus, appliances, tools, supplies, and all other things necessary to do all work required for the completion of each item of the Work and as herein specified. The Work to be done and paid for under any item shall not be limited to the exact extent mentioned or described but shall include all incidental work necessary or customarily done for the completion of that item.
