The Bid is cancelled The Procurement Office on behalf of the Department of Public Works is requesting bids for the following: FY26 COAL BIN RENOVATION TOWN HALL project. Questions are due by 11am on 10/16/25 in the Q&A section of the online portal. 100% Payment and 100% Performance Bonds are required. 5% Bid Bond required. Certification of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Training required. 10.4% MBE/WBE participation required. General bidders must be certified by the Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance(DCAMM) for the category of General Building Construction. Filed Sub-bidders must be DCAMM certified for categories: Thermal & Moisture Protection, HVAC, and Electrical. 10.4% MBE/WBE participation required. General bidders must be certified by the Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance(DCAMM) for the category of General Building Construction. The Town of Barnstable reserves the right to waive any formalities, to reject any or all Bids or waive any formalities that appear to be in the best interest of the Town.
