Bidders are advised of the following Contract requirements for this Request for Tenders: A brief summary of the Work involved in this Contract is for the new construction and rehabilitation of various concrete transit pads around the City of Hamilton. o 1,160 square metres of concrete sidewalk and transit pad construction/ reconstruction o 60 linear metres of curb reconstruction Bid security: $12,000.00 The City will only accept a digital bid bond in an electronically verifiable and enforceable (eBond) format. Performance and/or Labour and Material Payment Security Successful Bidder to provide: Performance security (bond only accepted): 50% of the Total Contract Price.
