Renovation of a fire / police facility in Hamilton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Bidders eligible to submit Bids for this Request for Tenders have been previously selected through the process of a Request for Pre-qualifications, issued under Contract C14-07-25 which closed on March 25, 2025. Work under this Contract is to replace the roof assemblies at the Hamilton Police property located at 155 King William Street in Hamilton, Ontario. The roof replacement are to mitigate leakage through the assembly and replace materials at the end of their service life. The Central Station, Station 10, was constructed in 1977 and is a four-storey building with six flat roofs and 1 roof top atrium. The building is clad with masonry brick. Roof A was replaced in 2019. Roofs B, C, and D are included in the scope of Work for this Project.
