Renovation of a medical facility in Hamilton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
SJHH is seeking a qualified and experienced contactor to provide a full turn-key replacement of two obsolete Medical Air Systems located in the Mary Grace Wing and the Juravinski Innovation Tower and the installation of a "tie-in" connection between the two systems. All work must comply with applicable CSA standards, TSSA regulations, the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA), manufacturer specifications, and all other relevant codes and guidelines. The objective of this work is to: - Replace two aging or non-compliant medical air systems. - Install a tie-in system between the two units to enable full redundancy. - Minimize downtime and disruption to patient care. - Provide commissioning, testing, and certification of the new systems.
