A Bid Bond made payable to the City of Pittston Redevelopment Authority in the amount of 10% of each Base Bid shall accompany each bid Proposed contract and shall furnish and pay for a Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price as security for the performance of the Contract and payment of all costs thereof, upon execution of Contract. The Owner also reserves the right to reject any and all Bids. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under separate prime contracts. Each prime contractor shall provide any and all means, methods, labor and material required to provide a complete and fully operational and functioning project, without exception. E. Outline Scope of Work: In general, the scope of work includes but is not limited to window and sidewalk replacement and exterior ACM caulking abatement. WORK UNDER OTHER CONTRACTS A. General: Cooperate fully with separate contractors so work on those contracts may be carried out smoothly, without interfering with or delaying work under this Contract.
