Site work for a multi-residential development in Pittston Twp, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade multi-residential development.
The project consists of Contract No. 2024-2 - Sewer Lateral Replacement at Panama St. Apartments. All Bidders must be registered on the A+E Group's Bidders List. Contracting Documents may be obtained from A+E Group for a $200.00 non-refundable fee. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security of not less than ten percent of the Total Base Bid, a Non-Collusion Affidavit, and additional supplements as indicated in the Contracting Documents. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond. Bidders must use the provided Bid Form without alteration. Bidders must adhere to Equal Employment Opportunity provisions, pay not less than the minimum wages as set forth in the Non Technical Specifications, and comply with Section-3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 as amended. The Housing Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and to waive any irregularities. No bid shall be withdrawn for sixty days after opening without consent.
