Demolition and site work for a retail development in Pittston Twp, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a one-story above grade retail development.
Sealed Bids are invited for the Quinn's Market Building Demolition Project. The work consists of two separate prime contracts: Contract No. 1 for Pre-Demolition Hazardous Materials Abatement and Contract No. 2 for Building and Site Demolition. The project includes Mobilization, Erosion and Sediment Pollution Control, Hazardous Materials Abatement, Building Demolition including removal of foundations and surface grading, and Site Stabilization with placement of 4 inches of 2A Stone. Bids must be unit price as indicated in the Bid Form. All bidding documents are provided at no cost at the PennBid website. Bidders must furnish bid security as stated in the Instructions to Bidders. PA Prevailing Wage Rates apply. Bidders must ensure non-discrimination in employment and are required to comply with Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action requirements. Question Deadline 10/22/2025 4:30 AM EDT All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven (7) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
