INSTALLATION OF LIGH POLES AND WIRING ON THE PATH FROM THE MORRIS PLAINSTRAIN STATION TO THE VENUE AT AMERICAN ROAD in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents. The Borough is seeking the services of a licensed contractor to install light poles and wiring on the path from the Morris Plains train station to the Venue at American Road in the Borough of Morris Plains, New Jersey. The work to be performed consists of the furnishing of all supplies, materials and labor for the installation of light poles and wiring on the path from the Morris Plains train station to the Venue at American Road within the Borough of Morris Plains. No oral interpretations or clarifications of the specifications will be made. The time for the completion of the work under the Contract is within thirty (30) calendar days of the issuance of the Notice to Proceed to the success Bidder. Time is of the essence of the Contract. This request for bid proposals is being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5. All bids must be submitted on the Contract Document forms furnished by the Borough and shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope marked with the name and address of the Bidder and the Contract Title. The Borough shall not be responsible for full or partial sets of Contract Documents, including addenda, obtained from any other source. The Borough will award one Contract as set forth in the contract documents.
