Renovation of a municipal facility in Fenton, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of October 8, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on October 15, 2025. The Northeast Public Sewer District is soliciting sealed bids for all labor, electrical, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and services necessary to install exhaust ducting from each Sulzer Turbo compressor to the exterior of the building, including the installation of HVAC control components. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, and to waive any informalities or irregularities with regard to the bidding process. If an award is made, it will be to the lowest, responsive, and responsible Bidder, based on the sole determination of the District.
