The general scope of work includes installation of habitat restoration (cuttings and seeding and required irrigation) for construction-impacted grading areas in the South Fork of the Arroyo Conejo (east of the Hill Canyon Treatment Plant). The Work also includes a five-year maintenance plan for the installed vegetation that has to meet the permit requirements from the California Department of Fish and Wildlife, as well as the Mitigation Creation Plan. Question Submission Deadline:October 1, 2025, 3:00pm . Discrepancies in, and/or omissions from the Plans, Specifications or other Contract Documents or questions as to their meaning shall be immediately brought to the attention of the City by submission of a written request to the City for an interpretation or correction. Such submission, if any, must be sent to the Project Manager, Nader Heydari, PE, nheydari@toaks.gov Estimate Amount: $500,000 DESCRIPTION A. The Work to be performed under this Contract shall consist of furnishing all plant, tools, equipment, materials, labor, supplies, and manufactured articles for the Project. It shall also include the furnishing of all transportation and services, including fuel, power, water, and essential communications, and for the performance of all labor, work, or other operations required for the fulfillment of the Contract in strict accordance with the Contract Documents. 1.02 WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS A. The Work consists of performing installation of habitat restoration (cuttings and seeding) for construction impacted grading areas in the South Fork of the Arroyo Conejo (east of the Hill Canyon Treatment Plant). Work also includes a five year maintenance plan for the installed vegetation that has to meet the permit requirements from the California Department of Fish and Wildlife as well as the Mitigation Creation Plan which are both located in the Appendices. B. All permit work related to the success of the monitoring and annual reporting shall be by others. C. The Work to be constructed is located in the Arroyo Conejo south fork canyon adjacent to the Hill Canyon Treatment Plant in the City of Thousand Oaks. For ease, access to the project site will be from the HCTP access entrance address: 9600 Santa Rosa Road, Camarillo, CA 93012.
