Demolition, site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Camarillo, California. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The proposed project consists of rehabilitating an existing sewer lift station located within a residential multifamily community. Work involves partial demolition, refurbishment and relining of the existing wet well, installation of new pumps and motors, new electrical equipment, controls, communication systems, miscellaneous items, and installation of a temporary bypass for the necessary duration of the project. The proposal shall be submitted, and the work shall be performed by a Class A State of California licensed contractor in strict conformance with Specification No. SW25-03. If a prospective bidder is in doubt as to the true meaning or intent of any part of the Contract documents, or discovers discrepancies or omissions, the bidder may submit questions to the District Engineer at terryc@camrosa.com .
