Replacement of Traffic Guardrails Each bid must be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier's check, or bidder's bond on the prescribed form and made payable to the City for an amount equal to at least 10 percent of the amount of the Bid, such guaranty to be forfeited should the apparent successful bidder to whom the contract is awarded fail to furnish the required bonds and insurance certificates, and timely enter into the contract with the City. A Sample Construction Contract is attached in Exhibit "B". The security of unsuccessful bidders will be returned by the City no later than sixty (60) says following the date of the award of the contract for the work. Oak Park Boulevard Southern End of Hwy. 101 Overpass East side of Oak Park Blvd., just north of El Camino Real 65 LF replace wood posts, all other steel and hardware is reusable. 5. 1500 Block of Hillcrest Drive a. North side of Hillcrest, between 1585 Hillcrest and Sierra Dr. 130 LF remove and replace b. Northwest side of Hillcrest, between 1585 Hillcrest Dr. and 1557 Hillcrest Dr. 140 LF remove and replace 6.
