Hercules Dorm Repair Bldg. 4261 Barksdale AFB, LA This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the scope of work to be performed by Contractors for water damage restoration services at the Hercules Dorms, B4261. The damage is a result of burst pipe. The affected areas include ceilings, walls, carpet, tile, and baseboards, spanning across all three stories of the building. The primary objective is to restore the affected areas to their pre-loss condition. A separate contractor has come in and remediated the mold and water impacted areas to include demolition of the affected areas. The period of performance on this project: Base Bid: 60 Calendar days from NTP
