Renovation of a military facility in Barksdale AFB, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

8th Air Force Mold Remediation Bldg. 5345 Barksdale, LA Bid Date: 8/20/25 at Noon BASE BID BasementReplace damaged ceiling tiles to include those stained, w ith holes/penetrations, etc. New tiles shall be 2'x2' acoustical ceiling tiles and shall match existing (approximately 60 SF). 1 st Floor Contractor shall place HEPA filtered air filtration devices in this area during work. Remove and replace wooden baseboards and all layers of drywall behind existing baseboards from the wall directly to the left of the ManTrap extending around the corner to the Stairs and Doorway and along east wall (approx. 160 LF). o Remove and retain carpet tiles 2' from wall (*See footnote below about Rfoil). Reinstall carpet tiles in existing location once dry and HEPA vacuumed. o Contractor will HEPA vacuum areas where visible mold was noted. o Replaced baseboards shall be wood and match existing in type, height, and color/stain. Submit samples, wood profile, and stain for Base Architect approval. o Replaced drywall shall match existing in thickness and composition. Provide three (3) dehumidifiers and six (6) fans large enough to dry area of work. HEPA vacuum all fabric cubicle parts and all carpet (to include carpet tiles removed). Replace stained or missing ceiling tiles with new 2'x2' acoustical ceiling tiles. Tiles shall match existing (approximately 220 SF). 2 nd Floor Contractor shall place HEPA filtered air filtration devices in this area during work. Remove and replace wooden baseboards and all layers of drywall behind existing baseboardsfrom the wall directly to the left of the ManTrap extending to the System Admin Office (approx. 80 LF). o Remove and retain carpet tiles 2' from wall (*See footnote below about Rfoil). Reinstall carpet tiles in existing location once dry and HEPA vacuumed. o Contractor will HEPA vacuum areas where visible mold was noted.o Replaced baseboards shall be wood and match existing in type, height, and color/stain. Submit samples, wood profile, and stain for Base Architect approval. o Replaced drywall shall match existing in thickness and composition. Remove and replace all layers of drywall to a height of 24" A.F.F. starting at 12' from the ManTrap and extending to the System Admin Office (approx. 160 SF). o Replaced drywall shall match existing in thickness and finish. Walls shall be prepped, primed, and painted (2 coats) to match existing. Area painted will be from floor to ceiling and corner to corner (approx. 640 SF). Any exposed conduits or boxes along this section will be repainted too. Remove and replace all layers of drywall to a height of 12" A.F.F on the north wall of the System Admin Office inside the CPD Room, the north wall of the Cubicle Area next to the Stairs, and the entire south wall of the CPD Room (approx. 125 SF). o Replaced drywall shall match existing in thickness and finish. Walls shall be prepped, primed, and painted (2 coats) to match existing. Area painted will be from floor to ceiling and corner to corner (approx. 800 SF). Any exposed conduits or boxes along this section will be repainted too. o Replace baseboards within this area (approx. 125 LF). Replace baseboards shall be wood and match existing in type, height, and color/stain. Submit samples, wood profile, and stain for Base Architect approval. Clean exposed wall materials using biocide or disinfectant as approved by 2 CES Environmental office for indoor use. Submit any Cleaning Chemicals for approval. Provide three (3) dehumidifiers and six (6) fans large enough to dry area of work. HEPA vacuum all fabric cubicle parts and all carpet (to include carpet tiles removed). Replace stained ceiling tiles with new 2'x2' acoustical ceiling tiles. Tiles shall match existing (approx. 180 SF). 3rd Floor Contractor shall place HEPA filtered air filtration devices in this area during work. Remove and replace wooden baseboards and all layers of drywall behind existing baseboards on the left wall inside the ManTrap, on the right wall in the hallway to the Snack Area and on the east wall outside the AOC SAP (approx. 70 LF). o Remove and retain carpet tiles 2' from wall (*See footnote below about Rfoil). Reinstall carpet tiles in existing location once dry and HEPA vacuumed. o Contractor will HEPA vacuum areas where visible mold was noted. o Replaced baseboards shall be wood and match existing in type, height, and color/stain. Submit samples, wood profile, and stain for Base Architect approval. o Replaced drywall shall match existing in thickness and composition. Provide two (2) dehumidifiers and four (4) fans large enough to dry area of work. HEPA vacuum all fabric cubicle parts and all carpet (to include carpet tiles removed). Replace stained or missing ceiling tiles with new 2'x2' acoustical ceiling tiles. Tiles shall match existing (approx. 260 SF)
