Renovation of a military facility in Bangor, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The work consists of providing all non-personal construction services necessary for the construction of a 42,374-square-foot Fuels Systems Maintenance Hangar with corrosion control and other maintenance functions. The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision required to construct the facility in accordance with the drawings and specifications. Work includes all activities necessary to deliver a complete and functional hangar supporting fuels system maintenance operations within a 670-day period of performance. Location: 101st Air Refueling Wing, Bangor Air National Guard Base, 101 Maine ANG Drive, Bangor, ME 04401. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
