Renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility in Bangor, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility.
The City of Bangor is requesting bids from qualified firms for replacement of the shingled roof on the Salt Shed located at 530 Maine Ave, Bangor ME 04401. Addendum Date/Time: 09/05/2025 Any questions must be directed in writing to bids@bangormaine.gov no later than 4:30 P.M., Friday, August 27, 2025. Scope of Work A. Removal and replacement of Architectural shingles, ice and water shield, necessary flashing and other related materials on the salt shed roof. B. Any and all shingles and other debris related to this project must be hauled away by the successful bidder and disposed of in accordance to environmental regulations.
