The awarded Bidder will be responsible for completing an in-depth examination ofthe space to be renovated, and based on said examination, provide a proposal designed properly for the size and intended use. The bidder's proposed scope ofwork should include all necessary equipment, material, permits I licenses, and manpower to perform the required tasks. This project does not include dealing with any hazardous materials. If any such materials are found, the removal and disposal of any hazardous/universai waste will be performed by others.
