Renovation of a municipal facility in Bangor, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The awarded Bidder will be responsible for completing an in-depth examination ofthe space to be renovated, and based on said examination, provide a proposal designed properly for the size and intended use. The bidder's proposed scope ofwork should include all necessary equipment, material, permits I licenses, and manpower to perform the required tasks. This project does not include dealing with any hazardous materials. If any such materials are found, the removal and disposal of any hazardous/universai waste will be performed by others. All questions must be submitted, via email, to bmacdonald@penobscot-county.net by the end of business on Wednesday, August 13, 2025. RFP District Attorneys Office Renovation Penobscot County Commissioners are requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide all labor, tools, and equipment to safely renovate the spaces on the 2nd floor of the old Penobscot County Courthouse, which has been used as the County Commissioner's Courtroom into functional office spaces for the District Attorneys office. All questions must be submitted, via email, to bmacdonald@penobscot-county.net by the end of business on Wednesday, August 13, 2025. The County, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, wholly or in part, and to waive minor informalities and irregularities found in proposals received in response to the RFP.
