545 West Ely Street and 1435 South Mahoning Avenue Demolition Bids Bids must conform to all instructions and requirements set forth in the specifications and must be accompanied by all required documents and forms set forth in the specifications. Bidders are advised that a ten percent (10%) bond for the total price provided, drawn in favor of the City, will be required of the successful bidder upon entering into contract. The Board of Control reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all formalities or irregularities in the bids received and to accept the bid considered lowest and best for the City of Alliance.
