Reference Number 0000397844 This project shall include all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to partially or fully reconstruct existing pole and mastarm type traffic signals as per plans at the intersections of Dry Creek & Monaco; Dry Creek & Quebec; Dry Creek & Willow Way; and Easter & Peoria. Each Bid shall be made on the Bid Form provided in the bid packet and no Bidder may withdraw their Bid for a period of ninety (90) days from and after the date set for opening of bids. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond on an approved form in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the Bid price, made payable to the City of Centennial, which shall be considered as liquidated damages and shall be forfeited to the City if said Bid is accepted and the Bidder fails to execute the Contract within ten (10) calendar days after the Award by the City. The Bid Bond will be submitted in a separate electronic file. Each Bid must also be accompanied by a completed Questionnaire. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish, as part of the Contract, insurance certificates in the amount specified in the General Conditions, a Performance, Payment, Maintenance and Warranty Bond in an amount equal to one-hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum, said bond to be issued by a responsible corporate surety approved by the City, and which shall guarantee the faithful performance of the Construction Contract and the terms and conditions therein contained and shall guarantee the prompt payment of all materials and labor, and protect and save harmless the City from claims and damages of any kind caused by the operations of the Contractor.
