Scope of Services The Stanislaus County Public Works Department (County) is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants for professional design engineering services for the Faith Home Road Expressway project which is funded by local Measure L Regional funds. The design engineering services being requested at this time are all-inclusive design and right-of-way acquisition services, taking the project from the PA-ED phase through the design and right-of- way phases. Question Deadline 10/10/2025 It is anticipated that the County will initially authorize tasks to prepare a 65% design and to obtain full land acquisitions of the right-of-way that will be required for the ultimate buildout of the expressway facility. Once construction funding is identified and programmed, the County will then proceed with final design and will deliver into the construction phase. Therefore, once a 65% design and land acquisitions are completed, the selected consultant could be in a holding pattern while still under contract, until final design is authorized. The selection committee will evaluate all proposals submitted. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
