Renovation of a medical facility in Rock Island, Illinois. Working plans call for the renovation of a 4,300-square-foot, one-story above grade medical facility.

PROJECT HAS BEEN PAUSED AS THE SCOPE WILL BE CHANGING Question Deadline 09/26/2025- Direct questions to Justin Bailey, email; justinb@invisionarch.com. Clarifications requested by bidders must be in writing not less than 7 days before date set for receipt of bids. This project consists of a Single Prime Contract (general, mechanical and electrical combined) for renovation of approximately 4,215 square feet of existing building; including reception, waiting, nine (9) clinician offices, three (3) group rooms, support rooms and a methadone dosing suite. Construction Commencement: October 2025. Substantial Completion: February 2026. All bids must be accompanied by bid security payable to OWNER in an amount equal to at least 5% of the highest total amount including Add Alternates. The bid security may be in the form of a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or a bid bond executed by corporations authorized to contract as surety in the State of Illinois. Bid Security shall be in a separate envelope with the sealed bid and shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages in the event the bidder fails to enter into a contract and furnish a bond within ten days after bid has been accepted. No Bidder may withdraw bid for at least thirty (30) days after the schedule closing time for the receipt of bids. Doc Note - Bidders may obtain sets of the Bidding Documents in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders upon depositing the sum of $50.00 or an accepted Plan Deposit card for each set of documents. Deposit will be refunded if Bid Documents are returned complete, undamaged, unmarked and reusable within 7 days of bid submission. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of deposit. A second, non-refundable amount of $15.00 to the printer shall be included if shipping is desired. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive technicalities or irregularities and to accept any bid which will best serve the interests of the Owner. By virtue of statutory authority, a preference shall be given to products and provisions grown and coal produced within the State of Illinois.
