A new pre-solicitation will be published at least 15 days prior to a solicitation for subject requirement being issued in accordance with FAR 5.203 Publicizing and response time and FAR 36.213-2 Presolicitation notices. The estimated solicitation date is unknown at this time. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) - Rock Island District plans to issue a two-phased solicitation for a design-build construction Indefinite-Quantity Multiple-Award Task Order Contract (IDIQ MATOC) with a total shared capacity not to exceed $99 million. The contract will support the design and construction of floodproofing measures for up to 371 individual structures under the Southwest Coastal Louisiana Nonstructural Storm Risk Management Project (SWCLA). The acquisition strategy remains unchanged from the previously issued draft-RFP notice W912EK25RA001. The source selection will follow FAR 36.301 and Engineering Regulation ER 1180-1-9. Phase I is expected to be released in fall 2025, though no specific date has been set. A second, larger MATOC may be considered in the future if a bona fide need arises. An Industry Day may be scheduled depending on feasibility, and updates will be posted accordingly. This is a pre-solicitation notice only; proposals will not be accepted at this stage. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
