The Contract Documents require that all work be completed within two hundred two hundred sixty (260) working days under a Time Count contract per the Commencement and Completion of Work (Working Day) project special provision. Failure to complete the work as prescribed shall be considered as a Breach of Contract and subject to Liquidated Damages per Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) Standard Specifications 108.09.
