Written inquiries shall be emailed to: Cyndi Winner, Procurement Agent, at cwinner@auroragov.org AND Julie Hagerman-Meler, Project Manager, at jhagerma@auroragov.org. The estimated cost for this project ranges from $280,000.00 to $315,000.00. The 2025Traffic Calming Device Installation Services consists of the following: - Furnish and install ten (10) Speed Limit Feedback Signs (SLFS) also known as Radar Speed Signs (RSS) per minimum requirements. Installation shall include pedestal pole assembly featuring a SLFS/RSS with a solar panel and battery pack. - SLFS/RSS equipment shall be installed at various locations throughout the City of Aurora - A site visit with the selected Contractor and City project staff shall be required to field locate each of the ten (10) SLFS/RSS devices. Selected Contractor will be responsible for Colorado 811 services for each area locate prior to the site visits. - Furnish to City twenty (20) Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons (RRFBs) per minimum requirements. - Selected Contractor shall submit materials cut sheets to the Project Manager for review and approval prior to purchase of any materials for this project.
