Buckley Space Force Base's A-Basin Child Development Center (A-Basin CDC) is requesting quotes for the replacement and installation of shade structure fabrics and cables for three existing frame structures identified as Pre-Toddler, Toddler, and Preschool. Each structure uses 4-point sails with an entry height of 10 feet and galvanized cable/hardware finish. The Pre-Toddler shade measures 15' x 15', the Toddler shade is 25' x 18', and the Preschool shade is 28' x 20'. Each structure includes four columns and two fabric types. Vendors are asked to provide quotes for Shades 1, 2, and 6 as identified in the provided photos, and also for Shade 7, with measurements pending. Photos include attachment styles and overhead Google Maps views with and without identifiers. The brand name of the cloth materials is expected to be posted by Tuesday, September 2. The contractor shall deliver the three 4-point sails within 60 days of order receipt to Building 351 at Buckley Space Force Base. Delivery must include liftgate service due to limited access. Upon delivery, government officials will inspect and accept the items. The contractor is also responsible for removing and disposing of the existing fabric and cabling off-base, and for installing and tensioning the new fabric with all required hardware.
