Inquiries received after the questions due date and time may not be addressed. Responses to written inquiries (if required) will be published in the form of an Addenda/Addendum and posted on online. The purpose of the pre-proposal conference is to provide assistance to prospective firms in the interpretation of the Request for Proposals, Scope of Works, Sample Contract, and other technical and contractual matters. Attendance at the pre-proposal conference is not mandatory but is highly recommended. Specific requirements for this project are contained in the attached Scope of Work.
