This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is for the selection of a consultant for the creation of a Facilities Master Plan. Sarpy County (County) is seeking proposals for the development of a Facilities Master Plan ("Project"). The objective of this Project is to maximize the utilization, efficiency, accessibility, and functionality of all Sarpy County buildings and office space. Firms seeking selection will need to provide a Statement of Qualification (SOQ). Scope of Project Sarpy County has seen significant growth over the last decade. The size of the County workforce and the services of the Sarpy County government has also grown to meet the growing and evolving needs of its citizens. This growth has resulted in the acquisition, expansion, and remodeling of office spaces to provide working space for the County workforce. Sarpy County owns, rents, and maintains numerous buildings, offices, and facilities throughout Sarpy County. Some of these facilities are highly specialized, such as the Correctional Center, but most are administrative in nature.
