Renovation of a municipal facility in Lebanon, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Project Description: Radiant Floor Heating System/Design Build. Scope of Work: o Building Permit fees are not applicable to this Project. Awarded Firm is still required to apply for Permit. o Project is Tax Exempt. o Davis Bacon Act Wage Scales are applicable. Current Rates included in Specifications. o Bidder shall have a current License from the State of CT Dept. of Consumer Protection. o Insurance Certificate (Town of Lebanon Certificate Holder) shall be submitted with Bid. a. General Liability: $1,000,000 per Occurrence b. Automobile Liability: $1,000,000 per Occurrence c. Workers Compensation: Per State Standards o Town of Lebanon retains the right to award the Contract to the low, qualified and responsible firm. o Town of Lebanon Ct is an Equal Opportunity Employer. o Submission of Monthly Wage Scale Certificates of Tradesman are a component of this Contract.
