Columbia County hereby requests sealed bids for the replacement of circulation pumps 9 & 10 at the County Jail located at 403 Jackson Street, Portage, WI 53901. Any questions should be received no later than Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. (CST). Questions received after that time will not be considered. Questions and answers will be posted to Euna Open Bids/online and the County's website by 4:30 p.m. (CST) on Wednesday, October 1, 2025. PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS o Remove existing pumps and triple duty valve and associated piping. o Provide and install (2) 4382 3x3x8 BF, Flow:230 gpm (115 gpm each), Head 48ft, Motor: (2) 5 hp, 1760 rpm, 460/3/60, NEMA Premium ODP, VFD application, (2) 5HP Danfoss drives, mounted to each motor, Tag: P-9, P-10 o Provide and install associated pipe, gauges, valves, fittings and supports to accommodate new pumps. o Disconnect and reconnection of line voltage and controls, routed into new pump VFD from existing wall disconnects. o Provide and install pipe identification and insulation
