the Tohono O'odham Ki: Ki Association (TOKA) is soliciting for sealed bids for Project 1051-T8-25. New construction consisting of 12 Single Family Dwellings & 1 Engineered Building Pad including all related utilities, infrastructure and amenities located in the San Xavier District on the Tohono O'odham Nation. This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is open to all firms; however the award shall be made under unrestricted solicitation to the lowest/responsive/responsible bidder using the X-Factor tabulation (Indian Preference). The project will be subject to Section 7 (b) of the Indian Self-determination and Educational Act [25 U.S.C. 450 e (b)] and 24 CFR 85.36/2 CFR 200. The Project will be awarded to one Prime Contractor. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals thereto required for completion of the project. The Request for Information (RFI) Deadline is 10/23/2025 at 10:00 AM (AZ Time). TOKA reserves the right to reject any or all of the bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in awarding the bid.
