This requirement is for Elevator Maintenance and Inspection Services under an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five-year ordering period. The contractor shall provide monthly, quarterly, and annual inspections for elevators and wheelchair (WC) lifts, including Qualified Elevator Inspector (QEI) services. The contract also includes service callouts (routine or emergency) and repair labor and parts, which will be paid via Government Purchase Card (GPC). The contract is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and will be awarded based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation method. Offerors must demonstrate corporate experience in similar elevator maintenance and inspection services and submit a technical volume (not exceeding 10 pages) and a price volume (not exceeding 5 pages). The contract does not guarantee minimum quantities and payment will be made via Wide Area Workflow upon satisfactory performance. All questions must be submitted by 19 September 2025, 4:00 PM
