Site work and paving for a civil project in Tucson, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a road / highway; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, traffic control, utility relocation and supervision necessary for construction of a 6-cell 10'x6' reinforced concrete box culvert, collector channel, drop inlet, outlet apron, erosion protection at culvert outlet and roadway embankments and pavement replacement on Sunrise Drive approximately 3700 feet east of Kolb Road. Question Deadline 09/17/2025 In the event the bidder has questions or discovers an apparent error or omission in the specifications or plans, or be in doubt as to their meaning, the bidder shall submit their question or comment through the solicitation portal All work is to be completed pursuant to the Construction Documents prepared by Psomas Inc, dated July 01, 2025, which are attached herein. Estimated cost for the project is between $2,900,000.00 and $3,250,000.00. The project shall be complete and in place within 130 working days from Notice to Proceed. Liquidated Damages for late delivery will be assessed per PAG 2015 Specification Section 108-9. LICENSING: All bidders must hold a valid license issued by the State of Arizona Registrar of Contractors and maintain same throughout the duration of the contract term. Failure to maintain said license may be grounds for default of the contract and subsequent termination.. BID BOND: Bids must be accompanied by an original bid guarantee of 10% of the TOTAL BID amount. Pima County accepts the forms of bid guarantee provided in A.R.S. 34-201(A) (3). A minimum goal of 5% for participation by SBE firms as a percentage of the base bid amount of the bid award is established for this project. All bidders should read the SBE Documents carefully. SBE documents included at the end of this solicitation contain forms that must be fully completed and included with bids.
